George Galloway is the latest senior politician to lose his seat this election.

Standing for the Respect Party, Galloway lost his Bradford West seat to Labour candidate, Naseem Shah.

After speculation of a recount, and allegations of breaking election laws, Galloway will lose the seat after representing the constituency for three years.

It is still unsure whether the Respect Party candidate has lost his seat.

Bradford Council has allegedly reported Galloway to the police for allegedly breaking election laws after tweeting about election polls before they closed.

The returning officer reported this occurrence to the officers after the party leader retweeted Respect’s own exit poll before voting had finished at 10PM.
