Best of Twitter – Social Media Highlights from Tonight’s Q&A.

March 26, 2015 by Edward Lawrence Leave a Comment

The first of the television debates are now over.

A Guardian/ICM poll released shortly after suggested that

– 54% of those questioned thought that David Cameron had won.

– 46% of those questioned thought that Ed Miliband had won.

However in an age of new media technologies, a twitter poll conducted by DEMOS suggests that Ed Miliband had actually won.

There was however a more humorous side to twitter…

Perhaps matching outfits were compulsory?

Nigel Farage appeared to be rooting for Ed Miliband. (He was earlier pictured with a glass of red wine).

Miliband is showing more humour and courage than Cameron! #BattleForNumber10

Of course, Katie Hopkins had to wade in with something controversial…

Bollocks to everyone moaning about cuts to welfare. if you can't pay for food, sacrifice your iPhone and get your lazy arse to work.
